A 13 Seer Air Conditioner is highly efficient at converting electricity into cooling power, therefore reducing your electric bill.
92% High Efficiency Furnace:
The furnaces we use are 92% efficient – substantially higher than standard gas furnaces. They also feature a noise reduction system that provides comfortable heat quietly.
Insulated Exterior Doors:
Foam-filled and magnetic sealed doors reduce air leakage from your home.
Basement Insulation Board:
This outside wall fiberglass board insulates and keeps basement walls dry.
25-year Shingles:
The shingles we use last longer than average and improve the overall energy performance of your home.
Air Infiltration Prevention Package:
Foams, caulks, and fiberglass stop air flow into your house and seal wall cavities.
Low-E Vinyl Windows:
