Ohio crime rates can be a major selling point!

For a family making the life-changing decision of buying or building a home, they will want to be confident that it is a good investment for the long haul. They will want to be sure their children receive proper education, they are close to attractions and amenities, and their homes will increase in value over time. One of the most important factors for new homebuyers is crime rates.

Everyone wants their family to be safe - but they also want to be confident that the neighborhood has a secure future ahead. Just like school districts, neighborhood crime rates can mean the difference between buying a nicer home or a nicer community. That’s why it is so important to consider neighborhood crime data and public sexual offender data before selling (or buying) a home. You could be missing an important selling point when comparing seemingly similar homes and neighborhoods!
